Had a cracking time here! The pool area was pure brilliant, with a lively atmosphere and loads of entertainment. Staff were dead friendly, but the food could've been a bit better, felt quite basic at times. a braw holiday with some room for improvement.

Vibrant, Vibrant, Vibrant
The animation team, affectionately known as the Ice Cream Team, created such a lively environment with endless fun activities for both kids and adults. Our room offered generous space, complete with a balcony that gave us an amazing view of the pool. Plus, the outdoor brunch restaurant was a dream, where we enjoyed delicious meals while soaking in the sunshine!
100% recommend 🥰🌟

I stayed in a Twin Room with Balcony for 4 nights and it was pretty spacious for a family. The balcony view overlooked the pool, which was nice. The room was clean and had a built-in fridge, so that was super convenient. A few days, it did feel a bit dated, but overall, it had what we needed for a comfortable stay.

Going into the rooms is a gamble. the Twin Room with Balcony I stayed in felt cramped for four, almost claustrophobic, and had a distinct unpleasant smell coming from the shower. The pool area was a show of chaos, with no free chairs available due to people reserving them all day long, and the water cooler was often cold, making dips less inviting. Food was repetitive and bland with limited variety. what was served rarely changed and was often lukewarm at best. if you needed to relieve yourself, you're looking at just a couple of unkept toilets for the entire hotel. it made the dining experience a bit uncomfortable. Lastly, the noise from rowdy guests echoed throughout the hallways, regularly interrupting my sleep.

The brunch restaurant was a real gem, serving up everything from creamy scrambled eggs to fluffy pancakes, perfect for those lazy beach mornings. Plus, they had a lively pool scene with entertainment activities that kept things buzzing throughout the day. Can't forget the friendly vibe from the staff—their warm welcomes made us feel right at home!
Unfortunately, the room felt pretty dated. it hadn't seen a makeover in ages. The food was a letdown, drowning in oil and lacking the diversity you'd hope for at a hotel. It felt like we’d been misled by the glam photos online—this isn’t what you'd expect from a 4-star stay.

I appreciated the spacious layout of the Single Room Balcony Pool View, which provided a pleasant environment for my work needs. The staff were efficient in assisting with my inquiries, and the internet corner was convenient for checking emails and staying connected. The overall cleanliness of the hotel contributed positively to my experience, allowing me to focus on my work engagements without distractions.
The dining options were very limited and lacked variety.
